This privacy policy aims to inform all individuals of the practices of LD Foundations regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information, in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Act 25.

It applies to personal information collected in particular through the LD Foundations website, contact forms, recruitment processes, as well as in the context of the provision of professional services offered to its clients.

Personal information is any information relating to a natural person that allows that person to be identified directly or indirectly. Professional contact details used in the course of professional duties (name, title, work telephone number) are generally not considered personal information under the law.

LD Foundations may collect different types of personal information, depending on the context in which it is provided.

As part of interactions carried out through its website, Fondations LD may collect the following categories of personal information:

• First and last name ;

• Right to object to use;
• Right to cease broadcasting or to de-indexing, where applicable.

All requests must be sent to the person responsible for the protection of personal information at the contact details provided below.

Anyone can file a complaint regarding the protection of personal information by contacting the designated officer. A response will be provided within the time limits prescribed by law.

In accordance with Law 25, LD Foundations has appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal information.
