A world of possibilities
LD Foundations took over from Louis Dugas Moving and Foundation in 2017. Three shareholders then acquired this company started by Louis Dugas in 1993: Maxime Dugas (Louis’ son) as well as two of his close friends, Alexandre Gallant and Olivier Leblanc.
At the end of the succession process, Louis Dugas is very proud to see these dynamic young people from the Gaspé Peninsula ensuring the continuity of the family business. Building on the excellent reputation established since 1993, they have chosen to continue the operations of Louis Dugas Moving and Foundation, while also carving out a place for themselves in new sectors.
The three shareholders took their place within Fondations LD by leveraging their strengths. Committed to securing enough contracts to offer well-paid, full-time jobs in the Gaspé Peninsula, they work tirelessly to increase the company’s market share. Continuously adapting their work methods to optimize them, they also invest in increasingly efficient equipment.
Today, Fondations LD is a contractor specializing in concrete structures and building lifting, serving the market in Eastern Quebec and Northern New Brunswick.
Assignment
